First came Juan Valdez and Columbian Coffee…then came Starbucks…

Now you've got…SpotaJava Coffee 'Premium Connoisseur Peaberry'… a thrill you'll wanna shower your taste buds with again an again…

So I'm thinking we need to sort this gourmet coffee stuff out.  What we need is a coffee guide…or better a connoisseur guide to good coffee. 

Can any of you well traveled connoisseur types suggest topics like how to's or must haves, for this exclusive coffee companion connoisseur guide?  How bout some of your best coffee tips and coffee recipes.  When we have a complete coffee guide we can compile the results into a real work of art… a coffee table book…( ok a desktop icon ) like the SpotaJava Coffee free catalog for example.

I'm looking for any and all suggestions to be posted in the comments.  As long as it's about coffee it's all good.  How bout some comments on your favorite coffee house, coffee beverage like some tasty ice coffee.
