Everyone Loves Junk Food

It is a sure fact that nearly everyone loves junk food, so what are the negatives and what are the positives (if any) to eating it?
Negatives
I am only starting with these first cause they are the ones that have to be written down.
More Energy- No not really
This is really the best negative out there because it is only short term and if you stop munching on all of that junk food it will pass. The reason this happens is because junk food does not actually give us the nutrients we need which means we start to feel weakened.
Concentration- A Lack Of
This is something else that can be short term but can actually lead onto long term too. If your junk food meal has a lot of oil in it you will start to feel very tired which of course then makes you unable to concentrate. Vital oxygen is not passing through your bloodstream can have a temporary effect on the brain cells.
The Awful Heart Disease
This is easily going to be the one that the big companies are concentrating on the most. This is in a lot of the anit-junk food profiles because it can kill you easily. Plaque forms in the arteries which forces the heart to work extra hard in pumping the blood out which means that the blood coming in is going to be lower.
Positives
These are very hard to find indeed and the only plus side to eating a lot of junk food is that it tastes a hell of a lot better than a salad! It would seem that the negatives certainly out way the positives. Junk food has been proven to raise the mood of a person, so I guess that is another plus side to it.
As long as you have junk food in moderation there is nothing wrong with it, my personal choice is to go to my favourite Indian restaurant.
