If you are in search of a straight forward answer to how to deal with craving food – I’d have to say just stop eating too much but is this really it?. I have heard and used this line a number of times before, while watching some of my friends eat, at home, at parties. I would like to spend some time and write about food cravings.
Eating too much does not necessarily lead to food cravings or weight gain instead it is the selection of food you indulge in. Eating certain kinds of food may lead you to exacerbating your food cravings and eating another type of food might help them. This “good” food has the power to enable you to stop your cravings. For instance, you can choose to take some vitamins in order to stop them such as B vitamins – also known as b-vitamins. The vitamins will help control the rate of food break-down i.e. metabolism, in your body. You can find these B-complex vitamins in various food such as in rice, liver, meats, whole-grain cereals fruits, fish, milk, leafy green vegetables and eggs.
Now the most common cause of food cravings are the imbalances in the chemical orientation in our bodies or system and so by eating the right foods with the right nutrients will enable your body to access the necessary ingredients to help it function normally and thus help restore chemical imbalances. This information is also relevant to premenstrual women and want some foods that fight PMS.
This is why you will often come across commercial that promote weight loss programs saying you do not have to cut back on your eating habits. What the scientists do is create some anti depressants that enables the creation of some certain resources that are much needed for your system or body so that is remains healthy and cravings free. They have since understood what needs to be present in your body in order to make you feel good, find eating desiresand lose some weight while maintaining a huge part of your eating habits.
Although I do believe in the science of the antidepressants, I have my reservations about them mostly because they tend to have side effects for some people such a nausea, irritability, to mention just a few. If you ask me I will recommend using natural ways to deal with your food addiction problems and you can do this by first understanding the structure of your chemicals in the body and then stay balanced by taking all the necessary foods.
I hope so far you can relate even if you are trying to curb sugar cravings
You don’t have to pay a cent to gain control of your eating habits. For instance, to put a stop to PMS and food cravings, I often tell people to take stock and do the following, becareful of the things or emotions that trigger the food desires, you can also improve your mood by excercising, each time you feel a bit hungry or just desiring food just drink a glass of water also try to find other replacements for what you eat for example, eat chocolates that have not fat.
